Coley’s Crumbs Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is quite possibly the best spinach and artichoke dip ever! Super quick to put together and perfect for any event.

Here’s the recipe: 


6oz. cream cheese 

1/4 cup Mayo 

1/4 cup sour cream 

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. 

1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 

1 tall jar marinated artichoke quarters, chopped. 

1 tsp garlic powder 

Salt & pepper to taste 

1 cup of shredded smoked mozzarella. 

1/2 cup of Coley’s Crumbs. 

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix the first 7 ingredients together and sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste, place in an oven safe dish. Combine smoked mozzarella and Coley’s Crumbs and sprinkle on top of spinach and artichoke mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
