Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Looking for a quick, delicious and healthy snack. Try my roasted brussel sprouts. Made even better with a sriracha mayo dipping sauce. These are amazing right out of the oven or room temperature, my kids can’t get enough!

Recipe

1 12oz package brussel sprouts, halved

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Salt

½ tsp pepper

⅓ cup mayo

2 tbsp sriracha 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and slice brussel sprouts in half drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper and mix to coat. Arrange in one layer on a sheet pan. Roast for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden brown and crisp on edges. Mix mayo and Sriracha, set aside. If you like it less spicy don’t add as much Sriracha. Enjoy!!
