Sausage Bread

So, I’m usually posting recipes from my childhood or ones that I’ve come up with on my own, but today I'm making a recipe from my husband's family. Today we're showcasing Uncle Tim’s Sausage Bread. Uncle Tim is my husband's, mother’s, brother (say that 3 times fast) and he has come up with what he has named sausage bread. It’s basically pizza dough that has been rolled out to about ¼ inch thick, it’s layered with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, ham, sausage (crumbled and browned) then topped with garlic powder. Rolled like a jelly roll and baked at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown. Not sure if he serves it with marinara sauce, but I do. I've figured out how to make this recipe gluten free, which is what you see here.  Stay tuned for the finished product! For this recipe and many-many more visit my website nicholecampo.com.
