Radishes with Smoked Butter
One bunch of radishes, washed and halved
1 stick of softened, salted butter
1 tsp of smoked paprika
½ tsp of garlic powder
¼ tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp flake salt
Wash and halve the radishes and set aside. It’s ok to leave a bit of the leafy green on top if you like.
In a small bowl mix the butter, paprika, garlic powder and pepper.
Take an oblong cutter board and smear the butter back and forth creating wells with the butter. Next, nustle each radish half in the smoked butter on the board. Lastly sprinkle with parsley and flake salt. Enjoy!
