Hey-hey  everybody! 

I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe during these trying times. It certainly has been interesting and that's putting it mildly.

For those of you who know me, know that I’ve definitely been off the grid for a while. However in that time lots of great and interesting things have happened and I can’t wait to share them with you, when the time is right. 

For those of you who don’t know me, let me introduce myself.

 My name is Nichole Campo, I'm 38 years old and married to the love of my life. We have two gorgeous children together who run our world and we love it!  A few years back I wrote a gluten free cookbook called “Secrets of My Food Affair, A Gluten - Free Romance” that was published in 2016. Oh yeah, I have Celiac Disease, hence the gluten free book. I was diagnosed 10 years ago and it’s definitely been interesting ever since. Not only did I write my cookbook, but I’ve done a handful of live cooking shows at one of the most prestigious cooking theatres in Florida called “The Epicurean Hotel”. I’ve catered with the best for the elite of Palm Beach, cooked for thousands at Lynn University College here in South Florida. And that’s just to name a few things...

During my hiatus, I’ve been working on something very exciting.  It’s something that definitely correlates with my cookbook, although bringing me down a slightly different path. It’s not ready for it’s unveiling, but trust me you're gonna wanna stay tuned, because all I can say is - is  I’M BACK!
