More Quarantine Cooking

When you’re busy during the day and time has gotten away from you I always go to my “Go To's” for dinner. I know that they're quick, easy and always delicious. I try (doesn't always happen) to help myself out when prepping for the week. I make a little extra of this and a little extra of that, then freeze or put it away for a later date. When it all comes together and dinner only takes 20 minutes to put together, I always seem to amaze myself and think “why don’t I always do this?” Then I tell myself, “because life gets in the way”. Now, I'm just sitting in the kitchen muttering to myself and one of the kids startles me and asks “are you talking to someone?” Has that ever happened to anyone? Please tell me i’m not the only one. Lol!

Anyhow, Like I stated earlier it doesn't always work out in my favor, I guess I should definitely work on that. Today however,  it worked out.  In this video it’s Sunday at 5:00pm and  I’m making my meatball marinara recipe with the tried and true Coley’s Crumbs! Get yours today at nicholecampo.com
