Happy Labor Day and here you have it! Italian wedding soup that the kids asked for, from the first day of school dinner. Nothing soothes the soul or a hard day of virtual school like soup. It’s hearty and delicious and yes we did curl up on the couch with our favorite blankets and our gigantic bowls of soup. Oh! Don’t forget to sprinkle that parmesan over the top either, that's the kids favorite part.
